How to use filters to find your flights quickly
You can find the filters on the left side of the screen, next to where it says “Crew overview.” When you click it, all the filters will appear. What are refundability and cancellation timeline?
On C Teleport, you will see three types of tickets on the search screen: It indicates all the flights that are refundable without any extra cost. Some flights can be “Fully refundable with deadline”, which means that you can cancel and get all your money back until a specific date and time. What to do if a passenger has a long last name or has only one name?

When you need to issue the ticket
In short: almost never. C Teleport will issue it automatically. When you make the reservation, C Teleport takes care of the rest. It carefully monitors the status of the reservation and issues the tickets as late as possible. It is done so because it give you more options to cancel ticket for free even if the refund is paid or they are not refundable. Almost every flight ticket has a free cancellation deadline. Travel agents call this “voiding period”. This means that you can cancel a ticket within a certain period of time after it was issued, and you can either get a full refund or not get charged at all. Why are some prices higher or lower when I change a ticket?
When changing a ticket, you will see in the list of options some prices are, for example, +$10 and others -$10, and some even $0.
