Enter app.cteleport.com/start. You will see the start screen right away. It looks like this:
How to use filters to improve my search
You can find the basic filters above the search results. The basic filters are: Arrival time: Filter the search by your preferred arrival time. Connections: Filter by direct flights or the number of stops you want. **Fare type: **Filter by any fare type or chose between Marine or Public fares. What are refundability and cancellation timeline?
On C Teleport, you will see three types of tickets on the search screen: It indicates all the flights that are refundable without any extra cost. Some flights can be “Fully refundable with deadline”, which means that you can cancel and get all your money back until a specific date and time. What to do if a passenger has a long last name or has only one name?
📏 Passengers with a last name that is too long There is a limit for the number of characters in the surname field. If you are booking a low-cost flight that is non-refundable at all, meaning, there is no free cancellation period: Ask us in chat how to register the passenger surname before booking. To see the visa requirements, you should go to the booking page. It looks like this: On the right side, you can see the price and the fare information. Before the “Book” button, you will see “Visa required:” and you should click on “Check”. A pop-up window will appear, and you can read the requirements
When you need to issue the ticket
In short: almost never. C Teleport will issue it automatically. When you make the reservation, C Teleport takes care of the rest. It carefully monitors the status of the reservation and issues the tickets as late as possible. It is done so because it give you more options to cancel ticket for free even if the refund is paid or they are not refundable. Booking Split Tickets
Some routes are not covered by a single ticket. In order for you to get to your destination, you will have to search for separate flights and plan the arrival and departure times for these connections. This is time-consuming. Almost every flight ticket has a free cancellation deadline. Travel agents call this “voiding period”. This means that you can cancel a ticket within a certain period of time after it was issued, and you can either get a full refund or not get charged at all. When you’re changing a flight, in the options, you will find one of these two icons before the price difference of the new ticket. Why are some prices higher or lower when I change a ticket?
When changing a ticket, you will see in the list of options some prices are, for example, +$10 and others -$10, and some even $0. This means that that’s the price difference between the original booking and the new booking. Here’s an example: If it’s +$10, it means that the new option is $10 more expensive.
