Changing details of existing booking

You can change many things on the app, some by requesting through chat. However, some items cannot be amended at all. Check the list below:
Change from the app:
passport details, date of birth, nationality
flight date and time
add baggage at the moment of booking
payment method before booking
invoicee before booking
vessel name and flag

Request changes from the support team:
invoice details after the invoice is issued
ticket upgrade
ticket extra’s (add meals, wi-fi, extra baggage after booking, fast-track etc.)
travel policy settings
name changes (in case of typos)

Impossible to change:
flight routing (only as cancel and rebook)
ticket transfer to a new passenger (only as cancel and rebook)
