How can I change a ticket?

To change a ticket on C Teleport, you can do it in two ways:

From the booking confirmation screen

From the “Bookings” tab

When you click on “change ticket”, a new screen will appear. It looks like this:

With the latest update, you can change the date and time. All the options will appear on the screen.

Select the option you want by clicking on the price. The price will become blue, which means that option is selected.

At the bottom of the screen, you will see the breakdown of the new flight and any additional fees it might have. Once you’re ok with the change, click “Book now”.

And that’s it, you got a new flight!

🔄 If you’re booking a round trip, keep in mind the following:

You can change all or just a part of your booking. Just click on the destination, and you will see the flight options for that part of the trip.

If you decide to change all the flights on your booking. Make sure to select your preferred option on each destination before confirming the change.

💬 Reminder: currently, you can only change flights based on the date and time (layovers may vary). If you want to change the airline or the route, you have to cancel your current booking and start a new search.
