What do the ⚡️flash and the 🕓clock mean when I'm changing a flight?

When you’re changing a flight, in the options, you will find one of these two icons before the price difference of the new ticket.

If you hover over the icon, you will find an explanation of what each of them means, but here are more details about it:

The ⚡️ means instant execution. When you click on an option with this icon, your ticket will be changed and confirmed right away.

The 🕓 means delayed execution. In this case, the fare rules are unknown, so our support team needs to manually check them to make sure that the change is possible and if there are any extra fees. The confirmation of your change can take up to 48 hours.

So, what happens right after you click “delayed execution”?

Since C Teleport is still not sure what are the fare rules, you’ll get a pop-up like this:

Here, you will need to set a limit of how much you’re willing to pay for a ticket fee.

✅ If the change fee is the same or lower than the limit you chose, our team will make the change and send you a confirmation.
⛔️ If the change fee is higher than your limit, the ticket won’t change, and our support team will notify you. Then you can decide what you’d like to do: keep it, cancel, or change using instant execution.

⚠️ Remember: delayed execution can take up to 48 hours to be confirmed. When you need to make an urgent change, we recommend you to use “instant execution”.
