How to use the C Teleport feedback portal

C Teleport's feedback portal is where customers and our product team stay connected. Submit ideas, vote on what matters most to you, and follow our roadmap to see exactly where we're headed and how your input shapes it.

Below, you'll find a step-by-step guide to help you get started.

What you can do in the portal

Everything you need to contribute and stay informed is in one place.

💡 Submit ideas and feedback

If there’s a feature you’ve been waiting for or something you wish C Teleport did differently, this is where to share it. You can make your feedback private or share it so others can upvote it. Either way, our team reviews every submission.

đŸ—łïž Vote or comment on what resonates with you

Browse ideas shared by others and vote or comment on what you’d like to see improved or added next. Your input gives us useful context as we work through the details and set priorities. You’ll also receive updates as progress is made.

👀 Follow our roadmap

Our product roadmap is now open, so customers can see what we're actively building, what's coming next, and what's already been released. It's a live view into where C Teleport is headed.

đŸ§© Track onboarding tasks and requests

New to C Teleport? You’ll have access to an 'Onboarding tasks' board where you can track onboarding requests, open actions, and shared updates in one place. You can also use this space to ask questions directly to our team and keep all communication in one place.

For your convenience, our customer support team remains available for urgent requests and time-sensitive matters via our in-app chat on both the desktop and mobile app.

How to access the portal

The portal is designed to be straightforward, but a few steps are worth walking through the first time. Here's what you need to know:

  • You’ll need your regular C Teleport credentials to log into the portal.
  • To access the portal on desktop, log in to your C Teleport account and then click your name in the top-right corner. Hover over ‘Help & support’, then select ‘Share feedback & view roadmap’.
  • To access the portal on mobile, tap the ‘Profile’ icon on the bottom right to open the profile menu. The portal link is available under ‘Share feedback & view roadmap’.
  • You can also access the portal directly at feedback.cteleport.com.

Submitting an idea or piece of feedback

  1. Click ‘Share a feature’ in the portal and start typing your idea. If similar posts already exist, the portal will suggest them as you type.
  2. If a suggestion looks relevant, it's worth selecting it. Your input will still be submitted as a comment on the existing post, which helps us connect similar requests and context more quickly.
  3. Give your submission a clear title and add as much context as you'd like: what prompted the request, how it would help your team, and any relevant examples.
  4. You can also select a category (for example: search & content, bookings, and others) to help route your feedback to the right team member more quickly, though this step is optional.
  5. Hit Submit. Your idea will appear in the portal, and you’ll receive email notifications for any future updates, comments, or status changes related to your submission.

Who can see your submission?

Visibility depends on which board you post to:

  • Posts in boards like ‘Feature request’, ‘Bug report’, and ‘New transport’ are generally visible to all portal users.
  • Posts in ‘Company requests’ and ‘Onboarding tasks’ are visible only to people from your company and the C Teleport team. These posts are marked with a ‘Company only’ badge, so it's always clear who can see them.

In all cases, your real name is not displayed publicly – the portal uses a pseudonym instead. If you're posting on a public board, just be mindful not to include sensitive company information within your submission.

Voting and subscribing to updates

  1. Browse the portal or use the search bar to find ideas relevant to your workflows.
  2. Click the upvote button on any idea to register your interest. You can vote on as many ideas as you’d like.
  3. By default, voting on an idea means you’ll receive email notifications whenever there are updates, comments, or status changes related to that post. You can manage these notification preferences at any time in your portal settings.
  4. You’ll receive updates by email whenever a subscribed idea progresses, and you can always follow along directly in the portal too.

Good to know: We prioritise based on a combination of customer feedback, product direction, and technical feasibility. While not every request can be implemented, all input helps inform our decisions, so please don't hesitate to share ideas – even if they're niche to your operations.

Reading the product roadmap

Open the Roadmap tab from the top menu in the portal or go to feedback.cteleport.com/roadmap/ to explore what’s currently being worked on across C Teleport. Roadmap items are grouped by status, giving you a live overview of where different initiatives stand.

You’ll find the following stages:

  • Validating with users – the request is being evaluated by the C Teleport product team through customer feedback and in-depth research
  • Lining up for development – the request has been prioritised and is being prepared for production by our team
  • In progress – development work is actively underway
  • Released – the feature or improvement has been completed and is now available in the product

Click any roadmap item to open more details, follow updates, or join the discussion with additional feedback and comments.

The feedback portal is available to C Teleport customers and is designed to make collaboration with our product team more transparent and accessible.
