1. What is the purpose of C Teleport’s mobile app?
The goal of the C Teleport mobile app is to provide you with all the functionalities you need to manage your travel while you're away from your computer or desktop device.


2. How can I access the mobile app?
For Android, download the app from the Google Play Store 👉🏻 here
For iOS, download the app from the Apple App Store 👉🏻 here
If you already have an account, no registration is needed, you can just log in with your existing credentials. If you do not have an account, reach out to us.


3. What’s the difference between C Teleport’s web app and mobile app?
Responsiveness: Our web app is not optimised for mobile devices. If you access it through a mobile device, the screen won’t automatically adjust to fit your device’s size, which could affect the user experience. Our mobile app on the other hand is perfectly optimised for mobile devices - it’s fully responsive.


4. When is it better to use the mobile app instead of the web app?
When you're out of the office. If you need to access any of C Teleport's services—booking or canceling a flight, reviewing hotel bookings, etc.—and you're away from your laptop or desktop, we recommend using the C Teleport mobile app.


5. Are all C Teleport features available in the mobile app?
Our mobile app is designed for flexibility on the go. For advanced features like booking new hotel reservations, multi-city flight bookings, adding new credit cards, downloading invoices, and tenant management, please use our web platform. These functions are exclusively available on the web for now, so you get the full power of C Teleport where it’s best optimised.
We’re continuously enhancing the app—make sure you’re using the latest version to enjoy new features as they launch!


6. What can you view in offline mode?
Even without an internet connection, you can still access all the details of your existing flight and hotel bookings.


7. Why should you consider enabling push notifications?
Push notifications are especially useful for users with an Approver role. With push notifications enabled, you’ll receive instant alerts when approval is requested. The sooner you approve, the higher the chance that the ticket will be booked in time.


8. Is customer support available on the mobile app?
Yes, absolutely. You can reach out to our Support team via the "Support" menu.
