Why a cancelled flight is invoiced?

No need to send the breakdown of payments
C Teleport uses the FIFO (first in, first out) method to account payments. It means every payment first covers the oldest invoice. It is done automatically. C Teleport ignores breakdown of payments If you send the breakdown of payments, where you show how the payment covers the invoices it will be ignored by C Teleport. The payment will still be attributed to the oldest invoices first.
