Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices inside the app or in your email inbox upon request.

Here’s where you can find it on the app:

1. Booking confirmation page
You can check the invoice for a specific booking at all times.
Go to the booking section.
Select the booking of the invoice you need.
You will find a link to the invoice under the passenger details.
Download the invoice to your computer.

2. Billing section
You can find all the invoices you’ve ever received in the Billing section. You will see the list, dates, amounts and status. All you have to do is click download PDF.



Receive invoices in your inbox
C Teleport also sends the invoices to the email you gave us for invoicing. You can change the email address or add an extra one at any time. Please contact us in chat or by support@cteleport.com to notify us about the change.
