Changing details of existing booking
You can change many things on the app, some by requesting through chat. However, some items cannot be amended at all. Check the list below:
Change from the app:
- passport details, date of birth, nationality
- flight date and time
- add baggage at the moment of booking
- payment method before booking
- invoicee before booking
- vessel name and flag
Request changes from the support team:
- invoice details after the invoice is issued
- ticket upgrade
- ticket extra’s (add meals, wi-fi, extra baggage after booking, fast-track etc.)
- travel policy settings
- name changes (in case of typos)
Impossible to change:
- flight routing (only as cancel and rebook)
- ticket transfer to a new passenger (only as cancel and rebook)
