Why is there a credit card fee?
To provide a credit card payment service, C Teleport works with a provider to accept online transactions. The provider charges C Teleport a credit card fee. We’re not adding anything on top.
We want to stay true to one of our core values, “Transparency”, so we decided to clarify the credit card fees instead of just increasing our prices.
When using a credit card for payment, the displayed service price excludes the credit card fee. This applies to all bookings, whether it's a plane ticket or an extra service like extra baggage or a taxi, made through the app or requested via support chat or email. The final invoice will include the originally quoted service cost plus the credit card fee incurred for the transaction:
European cards: 1.2% *
All other cards: 2.75%
American Express BTA EUR: 2.2%
American Express BTA GBP: 2.15%
American Express BTA USD: 3.2%

Credit card fees are not refundable in case of cancellation. For example, if you buy a €100 ticket, €102.50 may be charged to your card. However, we only receive the original ticket amount (in this case, €100), and this is the amount we will refund.
Credit card fee collected whenever changing a ticket
During ticket changes, even if there's no change fee, the system will still recharge your credit card for the ticket and card fee due to technical reasons. The ticket cost will then be transferred as credit in the app. We are actively working to streamline this process to eliminate the need for extra charges.
