How to change vessel name

You can change the vessel name linked to a booking without cancelling the ticket. It’s quick, free, and can be done directly in the app.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to the bookings section
    Open the C Teleport app and tap on “Bookings” in the menu.
  2. Open the booking
    Find and select the booking where you need to update vessel details.
  3. Open the options menu
    Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner next to the price to open the booking menu.



  1. Select “Change vessel details”
    You’ll see an option to change vessel information. Tap it to proceed.


  1. Amend vessel name or flag
    You can update the vessel name, the vessel flag (registration country), or both.
  2. Save your changes
    Once the details are correct, save the changes. That’s it—no need to cancel or rebook the ticket.
