Where can I check the baggage allowance?
You can find baggage information on the search screen, in the flight details and on the booking screen.
Search screen
You can see from the search screen the number of pieces the traveller can take.
Booking screen
On the booking screen, you can find further details like cabin baggage amount, weight and number of suitcases for checked-in baggage.
You can always check more details directly on the airline’s website by clicking this blue text on the booking screen, e.g. bag’s dimensions or what to put or not to put in your baggage.
Single ticket
Where it says luggage, first you can find the information about the carry-on baggage with the small bag icon. Then you can find the information about the check-in baggage with the bigger suitcase icon. It also tells you the number of bags you can take and the weight for each piece together with the route.
For example, in this case, the airline allows a passenger to take 1 carry-on piece maximum of 8 kilograms and 2 pieces of check-in baggage for the route Amsterdam to London Heathrow.
Booking separate tickets
When you enable a filter “Separate tickets”, the baggage allowance can be different per ticket in a combination. You can check it on the search and booking screens per route. It can happen that one of the tickets doesn’t have any baggage included, and the other has check-in baggage, or that the check-in baggage amounts differ, e.g. one ticket has one bag and the second one two bags, or 10 and 35 kilogrammes, or that one of the tickets has cabin baggage and another does not; or other options.
