What to do if I can't send a message in chat?

If you’re unable to send messages in the chat, try these steps:

* If the chat appears offline:


Attempt to send a message anyway, and press “Enter.”
If this doesn’t work, refresh the page and try again.
Still having trouble? Contact us via the Portal for support.

* If the chat asks you to complete a form and you can’t type:


Scroll up to find any unanswered chatbot forms and click on them.
If this doesn’t help, clear your browser’s cookies and history, then refresh the page.
If issues persist, please reach out to us via the Portal for assistance.
