I'm having a technical problem, what should I do?

When you receive a technical error message on the platform or something is not working correctly, please follow these steps:


Step 1 - Troubleshooting



Log out

Clear cache and cookies

Log in

Do a new search



Step 2 - Report the bug (if the previous step did not work)



Send us the link of the page that is showing the error.

Send us a screenshot of what you see.

Explain us what is wrong or not working.
