I'm having a technical problem, what should I do?
When you receive a technical error message on the platform or something is not working correctly, please follow these steps:
Step 1 - Troubleshooting
- Log out
- Clear cache and cookies
- Log in
- Do a new search
Step 2 - Report the bug (if the previous step did not work)
- Send us the link of the page that is showing the error.
- Send us a screenshot of what you see.
- Explain us what is wrong or not working.
