I'm having a technical problem, what should I do?

When you receive a technical error message on the platform or something is not working correctly, please follow these steps:



Step 1 - Troubleshooting


  1. Log out
  2. Clear cache and cookies


  1. Log in
  2. Do a new search




Step 2 - Report the bug (if the previous step did not work)


  1. Send us the link of the page that is showing the error.
  2. Send us a screenshot of what you see.
  3. Explain us what is wrong or not working.
