How to add traveller's email to receive notifications?
We're excited to inform you about an update on how we handle passenger email addresses in flight bookings, bringing more convenience directly to travelers.
Whenever a passenger’s email is available at the time of booking, we save their actual email address instead of using our agency email for airline notifications.
To help the travelers benefit from these improvements, we encourage bookers to enter the actual passenger email address during the booking process.

Q: How do I add the traveler's email address during the booking process?
A: During the online booking process, you will find a dedicated field for passenger's email address in the booking checkout page. Simply enter the traveler's email address in this field.
Q: I do not have the email field. How do I enable it?
A: To enable the email field, please request it to Customer Success team or send a request to Support Team in Portal.
Q: Why should I add the traveler's actual email address during booking?
A: Adding the traveler's actual email address during booking allows them to receive important notifications directly, including:
- Check-in reminders and links: Making the online check-in process much simpler.
- Real-time flight updates: Immediate alerts about delays, cancellations, or gate changes.
- Important travel information: Any other essential communications related to their flight.
Q: What if I leave the email field empty?
A: If the email field is left empty, we will use our email address as before. In such cases, we will inform the booker directly if there are any significant schedule changes or disruptions that require attention. However, travelers will not receive direct notifications like check-in reminders or immediate disruption alerts.
