How can I request a car rental?

How is car rental arranged?


1. Request received – You submit a car rental request through the form.
2. Station and price check – The support team checks for availability and prices It might take up to 24-72 hours for providers to respond.
3. Confirmation – The support team will confirm the car rental details and pricing with you.
4. Booking – Our support team arranges and prepays your car rental for the specified number of days.
5. Voucher sent – We will forward the rental voucher to you.
6. Car pick-up and deposit – At pickup, the driver must present a credit card in their name. The car rental company will block a deposit on the card for fuel, insurance, potential damages, and other costs.
7. Agreement – The driver will sign a rental agreement with the car rental company. Please note, that the final charge may differ if the driver adds extra services such as GPS or additional insurance.

Are there any limitations when booking a car rental?


Yes, here are some key points to be aware of:
Connection issues – Bookings are made through third-party suppliers, so occasionally there may be communication delays with the rental company.
Full credit options – Prepaying the full rental amount with no additional costs is only possible if you have a direct agreement with the car rental company. In this case, invoices will be sent directly to you, and the driver won’t need to present a credit card or sign an agreement at pick-up, allowing for full cost control.
Driver’s credit card – The credit card used for the deposit at pick-up must be in the driver's name for the rental to be confirmed.
Credit vs. debit cards – Only credit cards are accepted for the deposit at pick-up. In some cases, American Express may not be accepted.
