How can I change the payment method?

You can view and select your payment method directly from the booking screen in the C Teleport app.


When you're ready to book, tap on “Payment method” to see all available options. You’ll be able to choose from the payment methods linked to your account—such as a credit card or bank transfer—if more than one is available.


If your company has multiple payment methods enabled, you’ll see all of them listed. You can then choose the one that best fits the booking. For example, some teams prefer to use credit cards for urgent or last-minute trips, while others choose bank transfer for planned bookings to keep costs centralised.


If you’d like to enable bank transfer as a payment method and don’t see it listed, please contact your Customer Success Manager. They’ll explain the setup process, credit limits, and whether a deposit might be required based on your account type.
