How can I add a traveller’s loyalty programme number?

You can add and manage loyalty programme numbers in two ways: during booking or directly in Admin.


Option 1: Add during booking


If your traveller is a member of an airline loyalty programme, you can add their number while making a booking.

  1. On the booking screen, click “Add” under Loyalty programme.
  2. Select the applicable programme for that ticket.
  3. Enter the loyalty programme number.
  4. Click “Save programme.”
  5. Complete the booking by clicking “Book now.”


⚠️ The number is only saved after you click “Book now". If you don’t finalise the booking, you’ll need to enter it again next time.

Once saved:

  • The number is stored on that passenger profile.
  • It will be added automatically to future bookings (when supported by the airline).
  • You can edit or change it on the booking screen before confirming.


After a booking is confirmed, changes to the loyalty number can be requested via support.


Option 2: Manage in Admin (NEW)


You can now manage loyalty programmes directly in Admin — making it easier to keep traveller data up to date.

In Admin, you can:

  • Add and manage multiple loyalty programmes per traveller
  • Store frequent flyer numbers centrally
  • Automatically populate numbers during checkout (when supported)
  • Keep data in sync — whether added in Admin or during booking

This reduces manual entry and helps ensure travellers don’t miss out on benefits.


Personal vs. corporate loyalty programmes


  • Personal loyalty programmes are linked to individual travellers and can be added to the platform.
  • Corporate loyalty programmes apply to your company. To set this up, send the number to us via chat. It will be added automatically to eligible bookings.

Some airlines accept both a personal and a corporate number.

If only one is allowed, the passenger’s personal number is used by default.


Good to know


  • On most flights, you can use one loyalty programme number per ticket.
  • In rare cases where two are allowed, contact us via chat to add the second one.
