FAQ: C Teleport login page update
We recently announced that the C Teleport sign-in page would move from c-teleport.eu.auth0.com to login.travelid.io.
Following the initial rollout, we learned that some organisations have IT security policies that require new web domains to be approved or whitelisted before employees can access them.
To avoid any disruption for travellers who need immediate access to C Teleport, we have temporarily postponed this change and restored the previous login address.
The change has now been rescheduled for Friday, September 4, 2026.
Your access to C Teleport continues as normal. However, before we introduce the new login address again, we recommend reviewing the information below with your IT team:
Is the C Teleport login address changing?
Yes, but the change has been temporarily postponed.

Why was the change postponed?
During the rollout, we found that some customers' corporate security policies automatically block access to new or unapproved domains.
Because this could prevent users from signing in to C Teleport until their IT team approves the new domain, we reverted the change to ensure continued access to the platform for everyone.
Do I need to do anything now?
For most users, no action is required. However, if your organisation restricts access to websites or uses domain allowlists/whitelists, we ask that you contact your IT team to confirm that C Teleport’s used domains are allowed.

In particular, please make sure that login.travelid.io, our new login domain from September 4, is not blocked.
Taking care of this in advance will help prevent login issues when the new address is introduced again.
How do I know whether my company needs to whitelist the new domain?
Your IT or information security team will be able to confirm this.
We particularly recommend checking if your organisation uses web filtering, firewalls, secure web gateways, proxy services, or other security controls that restrict access to domains that have not previously been approved.
You can share login.travelid.io with your IT team and ask them to verify that users will be permitted to access it.
Will users need to change their password?
No. Passwords are not being changed or reset as part of this migration. Existing C Teleport credentials will continue to work.
When the new login address goes live, browsers or password managers may not automatically recognise previously saved credentials because they are associated with the old web address. Users may therefore need to enter their existing password manually the first time and save it for login.travelid.io.
Is login.travelid.io a legitimate C Teleport website?
Yes, login.travelid.io is soon-to-be C Teleport's new official login address and is safe to use.
The different domain is intentional and forms part of our work to expand the authentication options available through C Teleport.
Why is C Teleport changing the login domain?
The dedicated login address provides the foundation for additional authentication capabilities, including corporate Single Sign-On (SSO), enhanced password protection and breached-password detection, expanded MFA support, passkeys, and device biometric authentication.
It is worth noting that these capabilities are not automatically being enabled as part of the domain change. They will be introduced gradually, with availability depending on each organisation's setup and needs.
When will the login address change?
The change has been rescheduled for Friday, September 4, 2026.
Until then, users can continue accessing C Teleport normally through the existing login page. From September 4, the sign-in page will move to login.travelid.io.
