What domains does C Teleport use?

C Teleport uses several domains to provide access to our platform and related services. Depending on your organisation’s IT and security policies, some of these domains may need to be added to your organisation’s allowlist (sometimes referred to as a whitelist).

If your organisation restricts access to websites or requires domains to be approved in advance, we encourage you to share the list below with your IT or information security team.

The following domains are used by C Teleport and are safe to access:

Domain

Purpose

*.cteleport.com

c-teleport.eu.auth0.com

*.crisp.chat

*.ecommpay.com

Please note: This list covers the domains that are currently critical to accessing and using C Teleport and its key services. It is not an exhaustive list of every domain C Teleport may connect to. Additional non-critical domains may be used for other supporting services.

As C Teleport evolves, additional domains may be introduced, or existing ones may change. This page will be updated to reflect any changes, and we will make sure customers are informed of relevant changes in advance.

Do all of these domains need to be added to our allowlist?

Not necessarily. This is only relevant if your organisation restricts access to certain websites or requires domains to be approved in advance. Whether any action is needed depends on your organisation’s IT and security setup.

If your company has these restrictions in place, we strongly encourage you to share this list with your IT team so they can confirm whether any of the domains need to be added to your organisation’s allowlist.

Why does C Teleport use different domains?

Different C Teleport services may use dedicated domains for specific purposes, such as signing in, booking travel, accessing admin and reporting tools, and other services.

A different domain does not necessarily mean that you are leaving C Teleport. The domains listed on this page are officially used by C Teleport and are safe to access.

How can I verify whether a C Teleport domain is legitimate?

You can refer to the list on this page whenever you want to confirm whether a domain is officially used by C Teleport.

If you encounter a domain that you believe is associated with C Teleport but is not included on this list, you can contact us at support@cteleport.com to verify its legitimacy or reach out to your Customer Success Manager before asking your IT team to approve it.

What should I do if my organisation blocks one of these domains?

Please contact your IT or information security team and share this page with them. They can confirm whether the domain is being blocked and, if necessary, add it to your organisation’s allowlist.

If you have any additional questions, you can reach out to our support team – we’ll be happy to help.
