C Teleport's Hotel Platform is designed to simplify the process of searching, booking, and managing hotel reservations on behalf of your clients. It provides an efficient way to find suitable accommodations at competitive rates & availability.
2. How can I access the Hotel Platform?
Accessing the platform is straightforward. Simply log in using the unique credentials provided by our team, which are the same as those used for our flight platform. If you haven't received your login information, please reach out to our customer support.
3. How do I search for hotels on the platform?
Once logged in, navigate to the Hotels section and utilise the search feature. Input your destination, check-in/check-out dates, the number of guests per room, and any other optional preferences. The platform will then display a list of available hotels that match your criteria.
4. Can I view and book my own negotiated hotel rates?
Absolutely! Customers can link their directly negotiated rates with hotels. This feature will be available at the middle of 2024.
5. How do I make a reservation?
After selecting a hotel, you'll be guided through the reservation process. Review the booking details, input guest information, and confirm the reservation. All your reservations will be stored in the Booking Archive on our platform. While we do not currently send email confirmations, hotel vouchers can be downloaded directly from our website.
6. Can I make changes to a reservation after it's been confirmed?
Currently, there is no option to make online changes to bookings. Any changes must be made by cancelling and rebooking. If you need to add additional services to your hotel stay, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
7. How do I handle cancellations?
Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. You can manage cancellations directly through the platform. Be sure to check the specific cancellation policy of the chosen booking before making any changes.
