Are low-cost flights refundable?
Low-cost flights cannot be refunded once booked on the app. Low-cost flights become non-refundable immediately after you click the "Book" button. It is impossible to cancel and refund them anytime; they don't have a cancellation deadline.
In case of irregularity, if the airline cancelled the booked flight, please let us know, and we will apply for a refund. It is up to the airline to decide whether to grant a refund or not.
How to know if it is a non-refundable low-cost flight?
You will see a badge saying "non-refundable" with a warning sign on the booking page before you make a reservation.
