Are low-cost flights refundable?
No, low-cost flights are not refundable once booked in the C Teleport app. As soon as you confirm the booking by clicking the “Book” button, the ticket becomes non-refundable. This rule applies immediately—there’s no cancellation deadline or grace period.
This is a standard policy across low-cost carriers. These fares offer cheaper prices by removing flexibility. That means once the flight is booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and no refund can be issued from our side.
Still, there are a few exceptions. If your flight is cancelled by the airline—due to operational issues or other irregularities—please contact us. In these cases, we will submit a refund request to the airline on your behalf. The final decision is always up to the airline. Refunds are not guaranteed and may take time to process, depending on the airline's policy and procedures.
Airlines may take longer to process refund claims.
