How to book a train?
To book a train ticket, please send us a request in support chat or by email at support@cteleport.com with the following information:
Route: From where to where you need a train ticket.
Date and time for travel.
Passenger’s name and surname.
Passenger’s date of birth.
Any corporate code or loyalty cards for discounts.
Baggage details.
Ticket class (1st or 2nd).
We typically respond within an hour on weekdays with the train options. On weekends, response times may be longer. You can find our specific working hours here.
After sending you options, we wait for your approval to book the tickets. Once booked, we'll send you the ticket details. The passenger can print the ticket or upload it on a mobile device and show the QR code at the station.
