I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—it happens. You can reset it in just a few steps:

Go to the login page
Open your browser and visit https://app.cteleport.com.
Click “Don’t remember your password?”
You’ll find this link under the login form. Click it to start the password recovery process.


Check your inbox
You’ll receive an email with a reset link. Open the message and click the link inside. If the email doesn’t show up in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Create a new password
Follow the instructions on the reset page to choose a new password and regain access to your account.
Still not working?
If you didn’t receive the reset email or if the link doesn’t work, contact our support team at [support@cteleport.com](). We’ll help you get back into your account as soon as possible.
Tip: Use a password manager to store your login details securely, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting it again.
