How to verify changes in traveller information
How do I verify that a traveller group was created or updated?
Go to the Traveller Management page.
Enter the name of the created or updated traveller group or the associated tenant in the search bar.
Check the results for the following details:
Correct traveller group name.
Correct number of travellers.
Correct tenant name or count.
Correct creation or update date.
How do I verify tenant and traveller details within a traveller group?
Go to the Traveller Management page.
Search for the created or updated traveller group or tenant and click the eye icon to open the group.
Verify details in the following tabs:
Tenants tab: Ensure all selected tenants are listed and the traveller group name is correct.
Travellers tab: Check that all created or updated traveller data is present and accurate.
How can I verify changes from the main platform?
Log in to the C Teleport platform under the tenant used during the group’s creation or update.
Use the search field to find the traveller by name.
Select any flight and go to the checkout page.
Type the name of the created or updated traveller and select it.
Expected result: The traveller’s details are available and can be chosen.
