How to verify changes in traveller information

How do I verify if a traveller group was created or updated?

To confirm a traveller group has been added or updated successfully, follow these steps:


  1. Go to the Traveller Management page in the C Teleport platform.
  2. Use the search bar to enter the name of the traveller group or tenant.
  3. Check the listed results, including:
  • Traveller group name
  • Number of travellers in the group
  • Associated tenant name
  • Creation or update date


This will help you confirm that the group was saved with the correct structure and linked to the right tenant.


How do I verify tenant and traveller details within a traveller group?


Still in the Traveller Management page, locate the group or tenant and click the eye icon to open the traveller group.
Review the details in the following tabs:

  • Tenants tab: Check that all linked tenants are shown and the group name is correct.
  • Travellers tab: Confirm that each traveller's name and personal data are correct and up to date.


How can I verify changes from the booking platform?


  1. Log in to the C Teleport platform using the tenant account where the group was created or changed.
  2. Start a new booking and proceed to the checkout page.
  3. In the traveller field, type the name of a traveller you added or updated.
  4. Select their name from the list.


Expected result: The traveller’s details should appear correctly and be available for booking.
