How to edit travellers and traveller groups

You can manage your travellers through the Admin Portal. Simply select ‘Traveller Management' from the menu on the left-hand side.

How do I access a traveller group to make edits?



Find the traveller group you want to edit and click the eye icon to open it.
By default, you’ll be directed to the Travellers tab.



How can I edit tenants in a traveller group?



Go to the Tenants tab and click the "Edit" button.


You can:
Update the name of the traveller group.
Add or remove tenants using the list of tenants pop-up.




How can I edit traveller details manually?



Go to the Travellers tab and click the "Edit" button.



Modify or delete information directly in the grid.



Editable fields include:

First and last name
Nationality
Date of birth
Gender
Document type, issuing country, and expiry date
External ID, email, and phone number

How can I edit traveller details using the import feature?



Important: If you need to import travellers, you must create a traveller group first.

Click the "Edit" button in the Travellers tab, then select "Upload file".



Choose one of the following options:

Upload a file from your computer.
Paste text to convert it into a table.



Review the uploaded data in the preview window. If corrections are needed, re-upload the file or proceed.
Use the mapping settings to align column names (e.g., "External ID" = "ID"). Usually, this is done automatically.



Review the final data and make any necessary edits.
Click "Submit" to complete the process.

Note: Using the import feature will update existing profiles without creating any duplicates.

How can I export my traveller details?


Go to the Travellers tab. On the right-side of your screen you will see a button to "Export as CSV".
