How to add new travellers

You can manage your travellers through the Admin Portal. Simply select ‘Traveller Management' from the menu on the left-hand side.

How do I create a traveller group?

Before adding travellers, you need to create a traveller group. Follow these steps:

Go to the Traveller Groups section and click on the "Create traveller group" button.**

In the Settings tab, complete the following:

Traveller group name: Enter a unique name between 3–256 characters.

Tenant selection: Open the List of tenants pop-up, select the required tenants, and click "Confirm".

Note: You cannot proceed if no tenants are selected.

Once the required fields are filled, click "Next". You can skip the Travellers tab for now or add travellers manually.

Important: There is only a manual flow for creating traveller groups. If you need to import travellers, you must create the group first and proceed to this FAQ for further instructions.
