# I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry—it happens. You can reset it in just a few steps:

1. **Go to the login page**
Open your browser and visit [https://app.cteleport.com](https://app.cteleport.com).
2. **Click “Don’t remember your password?”**
You’ll find this link under the login form. Click it to start the password recovery process.

3. **Check your inbox**
You’ll receive an email with a reset link. Open the message and click the link inside. If the email doesn’t show up in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
4. **Create a new password**
Follow the instructions on the reset page to choose a new password and regain access to your account.
